🛸 How Our Innovation Works?

The Cosmic Fly Ball™ combines protective engineering, shape-memory materials, and intelligent flight technology.

Its shape-memory alloy protective frame forms a flexible outer cage around the internal propellers. When the ball bumps into a wall, floor, or piece of furniture, the frame helps absorb and distribute the impact before flexing back toward its original shape.

Unlike a rigid plastic cage, it is designed to resist permanent bending and help reduce the risk of cracking during everyday play.

Inside, an infrared sensor and onboard control chip continuously respond to the ball’s orientation and movement. The built-in flight-control algorithm adjusts the propeller output to help maintain balance and create smoother, more controlled flight paths.

When an impact is detected, the auto-stop feature is designed to pause the propellers for added protection.

A rechargeable lithium-ion battery powers the motor and LED lighting, while lightweight polypropylene propellers generate strong airflow without making the ball heavy or difficult to handle.
